Paul W.S. Anderson Writing 'Resident Evil 4'
Thursday, October 16, 2008
During an interview with the Sunday Sun, writer-director-producer Paul W.S. Anderson confirmed that not only will a fourth RESIDENT EVIL grace the big screen, but also that he'll be penning the sequel. "I’m writing an adaptation of the LONG GOOD FRIDAY right now, set in present-day Miami. Then I will probably write Resident Evil 4." It's great to hear that the franchise is continuing, but sad to hear that Anderson continues to be so involved. Thankfully he'll be too busy shooting FRIDAY, so expect someone else behind the camera when Alice (or maybe Jill Valentine?) continue to battle the Umbrella Corp.
